Schooner
came to Shor'Line Golden Retrievers as a conformation prospect,
but soon found her calling in agility. She is an extremely
bright, easily trainable girl who loves to learn and please.
Just like her half-sister Sailor, Schooner has incredible
water drive and a desire to win. Whether retrieving in the
water or competing in agility, this girl never stops. She
loves to work!
Schooner is from Ch. Crangold Touch of Elegance OD, BPIS
"Melody" and Ch Daybreak Varsity Jump, OS "Talon".
Schooner is retired from agility and lives a wonderful life with
Lori and Scott McCormick close by. She loves to drop in
and spend the weekend with the Shor'Line gang, but is happy to
be the recipient of lots of special attention with her new
family.
Lori can't imagine life without Schooner and she delights her
family with her funny sense of humor and playfulness.
And of course, Schoonie just can't wait for summer and her
favorite activity -- swimming is her true calling in life!
In September 2005, Schooner and I participated in the
GRCA National in Gettysburg, PA -- Schooner took first place in
her Novice Standard Preferred Class and it was a day I will
always remember. What a great partner and fun competitor
Schooner is!!!
